My thoughts:
-Amanda Seyfried is really hot.
-ABBA wrote some damn good shit.
-Pierce Brosnan lip-syncing to ABBA is not damn good shit.
-Meryl Streep is good-looking. In The Deer Hunter.
-This movie is not firmly grounded in reality.
-I realize it might be a betrayal of the original Mamma Mia!, but Jesus Christ, couldn't they get a SINGLE good-looking older woman?
-The sheer popularity of this film cannot be a proud moment for American women.
-There's a creepy fringe-pedophilia vibe going on between Sophie (Seyfried) and her "three fathers." Like, they're 50s-ish, she's 20, so I guess everything is legal. But every scene is rife with sexual tension, which seems odd...
-"Honey Honey" is definitely stuck in my head now:
