K-Lo Plays Dumb

Apparently K-Lo thinks it's outrageous, given that there are murmurings on Capitol Hill about naming the health care bill after Ted Kennedy, that Rush is being lambasted for saying that: "Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Care bill." Surely K-Lo knows what the term "Memorial" connotes?
