Do you think this President has any close friends with disabilities, anyone who is mentally retarded? I doubt it. The more time passes, the more is revealed of who he really is.
Someone who doesn't surround himself with retards? Yeah, probably. He's the fucking President.

This IS one of those times where its appropriate to think about what we would have said had Bush said the same thing or if by some miracle McCain had won and he had said it. And I don't think most of us would have let it slide if they said it.
Nobody would be outraged if McCain had said it. This would pretty much be par for the course for him. (And if not, he'd have a veep with a Down syndrome child who would make it all better.)
